1. How do I know which items are in stock?
The site will list all stock items, if the item is out of stock use the 'Wishbowl' feature or feel free to contact the Tunbridge Wells store.
2. Are you going to have this product again in this size?
We have the 'Wishbowl' feature we are often able to get sizes in when the site is showing out of stock.
3. Are you going to have this style again?
Some designers will show a 'classic' design every year. Please check the site or feel free to contact the Tunbridge Wells store.
4. When is the ordering process complete?
The ordering process will be complete once we have sent you an email confirmation of your order.
5. Can I cancel, return or exchange my order?
Yes, please refer to our returns policy.
6. How can I expect to receive the goods?
Your order will be delivered by Parcelforce and a signature will be required.
7. Part of my item has broken or damaged. Can you send me a replacement?
Yes, please refer to our returns policy.
8. Do you ship to my country?
We ship all over the world, check with our terms and conditions for delivery charges.
9. How much will I be charged for shipping?
Orders in the UK over £250 are shipped free of all delivery charges. Any orders under £250 have an £8.00 delivery charge. International orders, please see our Terms and Conditions.
10. How can I track my package?
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched outliningyour Parcelforce tracking number.
11. I can’t track my package, what should I do?
If you have not received the Parcel Force tracking or for any reason it is not working please contact the Tunbridge Wells store.
12. My order is incomplete?
Please advise us within 72 hours either by email or contact the Tunbridge Wells store.
13.When is this item going to be re-stocked?
For all information on future lines, please contact the Tunbridge Wells store.
14.Will my personal information be kept private?
Yes, your details are for Greens For Him only. We will not pass your details on to any third parties.
15. Are all your brands authentic?
Most of our brands are sourced in Milan or Paris direct from the designer. A minority are purchased from recognised agents in the UK.
16. Will there be additional duties or taxes payable on my purchase?
All purchases will be subject to UK tax.
17. Could you give me some fashion advice?
We would be happy to provide a free consultation, please make an appointment by contacting the Tunbridge Wells store.
