We know of NO documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 256 bit encryption. All credit card transactions whether online or over the phone are processed using secure methods.

Credit card sales are extremely important to us, so at no time would we compromise your security. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. The system we use has the approval of our credit card processor namely PayPal (http://www.paypal.co.uk/).

International orders are subject to further verification with the card issuing bank. It is our policy to report all instances of credit card fraud to the relevant authorities.
