Returns Policy

Greens-ForHim.com Orders & Returns Information

1. Change or Cancel an Order 

Unfortunately in most circumstances it is not possible to make changes to your order once you have placed it.

If you would like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items.

If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact our Customer Services via email sales@greens-forhim.com.  Please quote your order number and order date.

If your order has already been dispatched or delivered then you will need to follow our Returns Procedure in the event of any unwanted products.

3. Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, just return the product to us, following the ‘Returns Procedure’ instructions below, and we will exchange or refund it.  Please note we will only offer a refund for items returned in their original condition and not used.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of  receipt. 

Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase and in the event, we are unable to provide a suitable replacement we will automatically  refund you and let you know via email.

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.   Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.  We are not responsible  for any items that are returned to us in error.

4. Returns Procedure

Please enclose details of the reason for the return and include the delivery/invoice note with the product and package up securely.  Please note it is very important that when you return an item, we know the order number it relates to, your details and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Without these details we  won't be able to take the action you want us to.

It can take up to 7 working days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. However once we receive your return, we will inspect and process the  goods within 48 hours to ensure you receive what you want as quickly as possible.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.   Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.  We are not responsible  for any items that are returned to us in error.

Please obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office when you send your item/order to us.  We may not be able to process your refund/replacement in the rare event that the item  is lost in transit.

If you request a replacement and the product is no longer available, we will process the refund back to the original credit/debit card account used to purchase the item.
